Outreach Project

At Your Place Afterschool, we believe part of a girl's adolescent development includes service to the community. By reaching out and contributing to her community, she will begin to develop an understanding of the future roles she can have in her world.  We will be workingwith the Giraffe Project   to develop our outreach project ideas. The girl initiated project will develop responsibility and strengthen her leadership skills. We are always looking for projects in the community so if you have a need for help, you can recommend projects to Your Place Afterschool by contacting Anne Windsor at anne@yourplaceafterschool.org.

Once the girls begin their projects, we will post links to outreach project web pages so you can see what the girls are doing.
