Your Place Afterschool

 

Program

Your Place Afterschool is a 501(c)(3) non profit organization incorporated in Snohomish County in Washington state. It is an after school program designed for adolescent girls ages 14- 18. It is a safe and supportive place for adolescent girls to build self confidence by receiving emotional, social and academic support from professional teachers and volunteers. It is a place where they can do homework, be with friends and participate in making a difference in themselves and their community through group building activities and outreach service projects.

Daily Program

Your Place Afterschool will be open daily during the school year from 2:30 – 6:30. The girls will be divided into three groups; high school, middle school, and girls in sports.

Daily Schedules

When you arrive at Your Place Afterschool, you will start her afternoon with you´re your peers at HomeCourt. After this group time, you will check in with the tutors and work on any homework. If you need specific help, tutors will assist you and computers will be available for your homework. When your homework is completed, you may spend time with friends, work on your community outreach project, do career exploration, complete college applications or essays.
